RSI NGD Group firmly believes that education is the cornerstone of poverty eradication, aligning with UN SDG 4: Quality Education with a target year of 2030. Through our StreetABCs Initiative, we are committed to expanding our efforts to support underprivileged street children. Currently, we provide essential educational materials, including distributing books, school supplies, allowances, and tools, and offering tutoring and mentorship programs.

Looking ahead to 2030, we plan to enhance these initiatives by scaling up our outreach and developing new partnerships with local governments and educational institutions. Our future plans include:

• Introducing vocational training programs and reading materials that equip older youth with practical skills for employment, thereby breaking the cycle of poverty.

• Supporting other organizations with the same initiative.

Regular Feeding Programs

Since the inception of our predecessor companies, RSI NGD Group has been unwavering in its mission to combat hunger. Our annual Christmas feeding programs with our very own StreetABCs and Pay It Forward Initiative (PIFI) serve as a cornerstone of this effort. Each year, we organize extensive feeding events programs, providing nutritional meals to street dwellers and the homeless. These meals are meticulously planned to ensure they meet dietary requirements and provide essential nutrients. Further, we have established support with Feed Hungry Minds which further echoed our commitment.

These actions have since been expanded with our socio-civic partnerships and allies, and we plan to expand these programs by 2030 by establishing long-term partnerships with more communities and organizations. This will enable us to increase the frequency and scale of our feeding events, reaching more individuals and families in need. Additionally, we aim to enhance the nutritional content of the meals provided, collaborating with nutritionists to ensure they meet the specific health needs of different demographics. By strengthening our outreach efforts and engaging volunteers from diverse backgrounds, we seek to create sustainable solutions that address hunger comprehensively.

Beyond addressing immediate hunger, our expanded programs will continue to foster a sense of community and solidarity among participants and volunteers alike. We firmly believe that by nourishing bodies, we also nourish hope and dignity, contributing to a future where food security is a reality for all.

SDG 3: Good Health and Well-being

Supporting Physical and Mental Health Initiatives

At RSI NGD Group, we are deeply committed to promoting health and well-being in all its dimensions. Through an organization we co-founded, Pay It Forward Initiative, we have supported Bahay Aruga, a sanctuary for children battling cancer, by providing medical supplies, nutritional food, and hygienic products essential for the children’s recovery and comfort. Additionally, we sponsor wellness programs and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.

Additionally, our dedication to health extends to mental well-being, a cause close to our heart. Our developing mental health initiatives are living testament of our acknowledge of mental health as one of the main factors in general well-being. We have ongoing efforts to partnering with organizations to enable a new line of community initiatives for us. Internally, we have always acknowledged the importance of a conducive and supportive working environment to our staff to ensure that regardless of the fast-paced business mechanisms, their mental health are never compromised.

By 2030, we plan to expand these efforts by increasing our support for Bahay Aruga and further enhancing our mental health initiatives. Potential future initiatives include:

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to provide specialized medical care and treatments for children at Bahay Aruga.

• Establishing educational programs focused on promoting healthy lifestyles and preventive healthcare in local communities.

Our efforts encompass Through our StreetABCs, we provide essential educational materials and support to underprivileged street children. Additionally, direct support and sponsorships to various organizations that either primary put forth or support gender equality and women empowerment initiatives such as BulSU Bahaghari--the biggest LGBTQIA+ organization in Region 3, Pantay through their PridePH events, Empowered Women PH, The Fraternal Order of Philippine Eagles, National Council for Solo Parents, and Bulakenyos for Equality and Solidarity, has always been a priority initiative for RSI NGD Group.

In a few years, we plan to grow these efforts by:

• Implementing mentorship and leadership programs specifically designed to support women and LGBTQIA+ in leadership roles within our company.
